I'm terrible at this blog thing.

My last few weeks has been slightly more productive than the previous few months :)

Had the chance to help my mom with a quilt for my youngest. 

Made a few pairs of shoes for mamas who ordered them.

And did a practice whale to try figure out the pattern before I make one for a friend :)

Toy bag

I've made 4 of these so far. They are so fun and I want one for every set of toys we have that could possibly fit in them and be functional that way... Not sure how many that means I have to make.  So far I made a couple as gifts and two to keep.  I need to make more!

I will take good pictures when my battery charges.

Because he loves me.

This time of year my husband does things for me because he loves me.  Cutting down a real Christmas tree is something important to me so he helps.  Getting the lights up on our house is another act of service.  We did it in the first snow storm of the year.

I've been doing some sewing here and there.  Nothing much new to add here, but I wanted to post.

Today

 This is what I had here this morning.

*I like that the one starfish looks like he is making a run for it.

If you have ever seen starfish moving on the bottom of the ocean it makes complete sense and you can picture what I see happening in the time between these two photos.

The beginning

I am starting a phase of creativity that may take years to develop. With three under 5 time is limited. But I want to have a place for everything to be compiled. So for a while here I will be playing catch up.

Or maybe I will start again.
Time will tell.
